Radiologic Technologists are responsible for operating diagnostic imaging equipment to visualize human body parts for medical diagnosis and treatment. They must ensure 24-hour department coverage, including on-call, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Candidates should possess an Associate or Bachelor degree in Radiography or Radiologic Sciences and hold ARRT certification. One year of CT experience and post-primary CT certification are preferred, along with current Basic Life Support certification.
Radiologic Technologists are responsible for maintaining and using diagnostic imaging equipment and supplies necessary to demonstrate portions of the human body for diagnostic and treatment purposes.
