The Case Manager provides clinical and support services to consumers and their families through integrated behavioral healthcare services. They assist consumers in developing social, occupational, leisure, and living skills while linking them to necessary resources.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required, along with 6 months of experience working with adults with mental illness preferred. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills are essential for this role.
