The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care, conducts health assessments, and administers treatments according to individual care plans. They also collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate services and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Candidates must hold an associate degree and a valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state. Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and knowledge of geriatric nursing principles are required.
