As a CNA, you won’t just assist with daily tasks — you’ll form meaningful relationships with residents, providing comfort, support, and dignity in all interactions. You’ll help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals, while closely observing residents’ conditions and reporting changes to the nursing team. Your attentiveness and dedication help ensure a safe, responsive, and nurturing environment for residents.

Collaborate with residents and families to create opportunities for residents to direct their daily care and living experience
Support resident’s level of independence regarding personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to dressing and grooming, bathing, dental and mouth care, dining and nutrition, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs
Measure, report and document vital signs
Must have weekend availability
A Licensed Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Michigan with a passion for compassionate, resident-centered care
Reliable, patient, and empathetic, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Take pride in maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, while providing respectful and dignified care to each resident
Observant and attentive, able to report changes in residents’ conditions accurately, and committed to contributing to a positive, collaborative care environment
