The therapist will provide psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse populations while conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. They will also assist in clinical research initiatives and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Applicants must hold a Master's or doctoral-level degree and possess an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT. A minimum of two years of related experience is required, with preference given to bilingual Spanish speakers.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled licensed therapist to provide independent mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns using evidence-based approaches. In addition, the therapist will also assist with clinical research requiring psychotherapeutic interventions (no additional specialized training needed, as we will provide any necessary training for each research protocol). This position requires independent licensure in California, allowing for autonomous clinical practice without supervision.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients of diverse backgrounds (in-person and via telehealth) Assist in clinical research initiatives relating to psychological treatments; we will provide any necessary training for any required psychotherapeutic protocols Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and insurance standards. Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs. Manage an independent caseload and maintain professional boundaries. Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community resources when necessary.
