Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports directly in a client's home to address behavioral health needs. They utilize evidence-based practices to promote family strengths and improve client outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related human services field. A valid driver's license and at least one year of experience working with children and families in community settings are preferred.
