Home Health Aides are tasked with providing assigned personal care to clients in their homes under the direction of an RN Case Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, and maintaining a safe environment, as well as supporting activities like shopping and meal preparation.
Candidates must possess at least one year of experience and excellent communication skills, along with a CNA or HHA Certification demonstrating 75 or more hours of training. A valid driver's license, current car insurance, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also mandatory.
