Must hold a valid Texas OT License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous experience in hand therapy is required, though new graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For… Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong operational and leadership skills to nurture team development. Excellent organizational skills to optimize efficiency. Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Expertise in teaching and utilizing EMR software. Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Education and Experience: Texas OT License (Required). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Hand therapy experience required. New graduates with clinical experience in hand therapy are welcome to apply. Work Environment: Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance. Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs). Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
