We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, specialized care in a collaborative environment that moves away from the "corporate" medical model. We are looking for a candidate who balances clinical precision with a warm, approachable demeanor to ensure our patients feel supported from diagnosis through recovery.

• Support: Assist in comprehensive ENT examinations, including nasal endoscopy, ear cleanings, and minor in-office procedures.
• Patient
• Navigation: Educate patients on treatment plans, pre-operative instructions, and post-operative care with clarity and professionalism.

• Efficiency: Manage patient flow and clinical documentation within our EMR system to ensure a seamless office experience.
• Interdisciplinary
• Collaboration: Work closely with our physicians and audiologists to provide integrated care for complex sinus, hearing, and throat disorders.

• Experience: Previous experience in an ENT or surgical subspecialty is preferred, but we value a quick learner with strong clinical fundamentals.
