The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for collecting data and acquiring images using radioactive isotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. They must ensure patient safety, maintain equipment, and collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate protocols.
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Nuclear Medicine, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required certifications include BLS, NM license, NMTCB, and ARRT-N.
