The pathologist will perform cytopathology and general surgical pathology sign-outs while participating in ROSE, EBUS, and frozen section coverage. They will also contribute to interdisciplinary clinical discussions, tumor boards, and laboratory quality assurance initiatives.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible, with a preference for subspecialty training in Cytopathology. Applicants must be eligible for a South Carolina medical license and demonstrate strong diagnostic and collaborative skills.
PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist with subspecialty training or strong experience in Cytopathology to join our high-volume, collaborative pathology team in Greenville, South Carolina. This full-time role offers a strong emphasis on cytopathology while maintaining a required general surgical pathology component within a large, subspecialty-supported practice environment.
There is an opportunity to take on increased responsibility within cytopathology over time, including potential future leadership duties.
