The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care and medication administration under the direction of a Registered Nurse. They are responsible for monitoring resident conditions and maintaining accurate clinical documentation according to the established treatment plan.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and hold a current license from the PA State Board of Nursing. Proficiency in English and the ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously are required.
