• What
• You’ll Do:
• Plan and lead group and 1:1 activities tailored to Memory Care residents Create engaging programs that provide physical, cognitive, and sensory stimulation Encourage resident participation while adapting to individual abilities and needs Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Document participation and maintain activity records Assist during meal times, special events, outings, and daily activity setup/cleanup
