The caregiver will assist the college student with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and occasional shopping. They may also provide assistance with transferring or personal care as needed.
The candidate should have conversational English skills and be dedicated and reliable. They must already be signed up with IHSS or be in the process of doing so.

I am a college student in need of assistance with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and occasional shopping. I use an electric wheelchair and very rarely I need assistance transferring or with personal care. I am looking for someone with conversational English skills to assist me. Public transportation is easily accessible.
I am looking for assistance one or two nights per week and availability to fill-in for other shifts as needed. The schedule is flexible.
You will need to already be signed up with lHSS or starting on the process. I get support from a program that would be able to connect you to IHSS hours with other clients if needed.
