The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, formulating treatment plans, and prescribing medications. They also provide patient education and ensure effective communication with the medical team.
Candidates must have a Master's in Nursing, a Post Master's program in Advanced Practice Role, and Psychiatric APN Certification. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric APN is required.
We are looking for a highly qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide patient assessment and diagnosis, formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, order laboratory test, interpret test results, and provide patient education. Prepare medical records and refer patients for inpatient care in accordance with statues, regulations and protocols regulating the profession.
Must have Master’s in Nursing and Post Master’s program in Advanced Practice Role Must have Psychiatric APN Certification 2 years experience as Psychiatric APN

This is a full time position. Hours are scheduled to accommodate a 24/7 facility. Hours include holidays.
This job operates in a inpatient facility environment.
