The Physical Therapist promotes the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through clinical skills and meaningful relationship building. They collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana. They should possess strong skills in resident assessment, documentation, and a commitment to excellence in senior care.
