The Occupational Therapist implements skilled therapy services, evaluates patients, and develops treatment and discharge plans. They also supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and contribute to overall case management.
The candidate must be a licensed therapist capable of adhering to state regulations concerning occupational therapy. They should be able to maintain positive interactions with patients and staff within a senior care environment.
