The CSFA provides technical assistance during surgery, including exposure, hemostasis, and closure to ensure safe operations. They also perform preoperative and postoperative duties to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
Candidates must be graduates of both a Surgical Technologist program and a Certified Surgical First Assist program. A current BLS Certification is required to apply.

OSMC has an opening at our Outpatient Surgery Center in Granger, Indiana for a full time opportunity for a Surgical First Assistant. OSMC is looking for an individual who has strong attention to detail and is goal driven. We are seeking someone to work at least 30 hours a week Monday through Friday working at least 3-10 hour shifts.
