The Medical Navigator provides basic patient care and administrative support, including collecting vital signs and processing client admissions and discharges. They also facilitate patient flow, conduct safety checks, and serve as a liaison between the facility and outside services.
Candidates must be a high school graduate with a Medical Assistant diploma, or hold an active CT CNA or EMT certification. Preferred qualifications include experience in addiction treatment, mental health, and familiarity with 12-Step Programs.
