Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in alignment with the organization's mission. Collaborate with staff and families to ensure the well-being of individuals in need of care.
Must hold a current active NAR certification in Minnesota. Requires strong communication skills and a respectful attitude toward the elderly.
