Through Arizona’s DDD program, you may be able to get paid for the care you already provide. We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to become Paid Providers for someone enrolled in the DDD system. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while earning income with a flexible schedule that works around your availability.

What We Offer

Pay from $15.50 – $18.00 per hour Sick Pay Flexible schedule based on your availability Free training provided, including: Article 9 CPR First Aid Guidance through the entire onboarding process Assistance obtaining a Fingerprint Clearance Card if you do not already have one

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older Must live in Arizona Must be willing to complete a background check Must complete required training (provided at no cost to you) Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting. If you are not yet confirmed, we will help guide you through the process. Start Date: You can begin working as soon as training is completed, and your DDD provider's status is confirmed.
