Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports providers in both clinical and administrative tasks while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and supplies for patient visits Room patients and document medical history Assist providers with dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, cosmetic treatments) Provide patient education on skincare, medications, and aftercare instructions Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) Perform sterilization and infection control procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Medical Assistant (dermatology experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Knowledge of dermatology terminology and procedures preferred Proficiency with EMR systems

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably within a dermatology setting. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong interpersonal skills are required to manage a fast-paced clinical environment.
