Elite Dermatology PLLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our growing team at our Bridgeland location in Cypress, TX.
Room patients and document chief complaints, medical histories, and vital signs accurately in the EMR Assist dermatology providers during skin exams, biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic procedures Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and stocking of supplies Administer medications, injections, and topical treatments as directed by the provider Educate patients on post-procedure care, and prescribed treatments Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
Prior experience in dermatology or a specialty clinic strongly preferred Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation Knowledge of dermatology procedures, terminology, and skincare products is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first attitude Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume clinical setting Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
