The Cardiovascular Technician monitors patient vitals and heart rhythms while assisting cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional procedures. They are also responsible for educating patients on procedures and maintaining necessary medical supplies.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Allied Health Sciences program and hold BLS-HCP certification. Additional certifications like ACLS and RCIS are required within specific timeframes after hire.
