Requires the ability to implement medical plans of care and perform clinical interventions. Must be capable of documenting patient encounters and adhering to safety and infection control guidelines.

Under the supervision of the Physician/Provider, assists in minor office procedures and injections, performs patient intake assessments, discharges patients from clinic and procedures, educates patient on procedures and medication changes, as well as new medications. Manages message center including taking phone calls off voicemail and entering them into EHR.
