Deliver intensive home-based treatment to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges to prevent out-of-home placement. Manage a caseload of 3-6 clients, coordinating individual treatment plans and collaborating with families, schools, and court agencies.
Requires a Bachelor's in Social Work (LSW) or a Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with a dependent license. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to become a Certified CANS Assessor.
Necco has an opportunity for a career as an Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapist. In this role, you will deliver intensive home-based treatment services to you facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Your primary focus will be empowering youth and caregivers to develop robust coping mechanisms, preventing the need for out-of-home placement, or aiding in a seamless transition back home from a more intensive care setting.
