Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to implement personalized care plans.
Candidates must have prior experience and be available to work weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
