The RN provides professional nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using a patient-family centered approach. Responsibilities include coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and managing patients in a medical-surgical unit, including those requiring telemetry and peritoneal dialysis.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Nursing and a valid Michigan RN license, with a Bachelor's degree required within five years. BLS certification from AHA, American Red Cross, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation is mandatory.
