NOW HIRING: Personal Care Aides / Med Techs Location: Rockwell Senior Living Shift Available: Full-Time /Part-Time Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour (based on experience)

Rockwell Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable team members to join our caregiving staff. We are willing to train the right candidates to become Medication Technicians (Med Techs) through our in-house training program.

Position Summary

The Personal Care Aide / Med Tech is responsible for providing direct care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, medication assistance (if certified), and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Essential

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide personal care services in accordance with each resident’s individualized support plan Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Administer medications as trained and certified (Med Techs) Monitor residents for changes in condition and report/document appropriately Assist with meal service, including setting up, serving, and cleaning the dining area Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed Engage residents in social and recreational activities Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications
