Assists nurses in monitoring the physical and behavioral condition of adolescent inpatient patients. Performs basic care tasks and encourages participation in therapeutic and recreational activities to maintain a safe environment.
Requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills. Previous experience in psychiatric, medical-surgical, or adolescent healthcare settings is preferred, along with CPR and crisis intervention training.
