• Seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. As a PCA, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. What you’ll be doing:
• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Flexible scheduling with options for:
• 4-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA
• Previous experience in clients homes or senior communities(non family).
• Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
