Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at IVF Florida in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned and float to the Margate office as needed

In this role, the Clinical Research Coordinator will
Support clinical research studies from startup through closeout, including site selection, regulatory submissions, and sponsor communication
Deliver high-quality patient care while educating individuals and couples on fertility treatments and study participation
Coordinate and conduct study visits, patient consultations, and informed consent processes
Collect, maintain, and report accurate study data, including adverse events and case report forms

Manage investigational products, including medication dispensing and accountability tracking
Prepare for audits, site visits, and inspections, ensuring full regulatory compliance
Assist with clinical procedures, patient assessments, and medication administration as needed
Document all patient interactions and clinical activities in appropriate systems
Guide patients through treatment plans, scheduling, and cycle coordination with cross-functional teams
Communicate lab results, physician instructions, and care plans clearly and compassionately
Provide education, emotional support, and counseling throughout the patient journey
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and operational teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Maintain a safe, compliant, and patient-centered clinical environment
Contribute to staff training, SOP development, and continuous process improvement
Participate in team meetings, departmental initiatives, and ongoing professional development
Uphold strict confidentiality and support financial clearance processes for patients
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications
and Skills Include:
Graduate of an accredit college/university with a Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline or health related field OR an Associate Degree in a scientific discipline or health related field and three years experience is required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in women’s health and infertility experience preferred
Registered Nurse preferred
Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRP or SOCRA) or minimum of 2 years experience and training in the conduct of clinical research studies (IRB submissions, reporting, source documentation & trial management) preferred
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
Current CPR certification, or acquire within 1 month of employment
Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
Ability to work as part of a multi disciplinary team and autonomously
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely; excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow-through on projects
Ability to work independently to manage a caseload of patients
