The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect care responding to the physical and psychological needs of members. They implement individual service plans in accordance with Medicaid standards within a secure residential setting.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, or a combination of coursework and training/experience, or two years of lived experience. Completion of CPI training and the ability to assist with de-escalation are required.

Starting base pay at $15.54. Hourly commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Depending on what shifts you are asked to work: Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)
