About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. This includes collecting health data, implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Description: Medical Surgical RN is responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Department Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • What you will need: Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • What you will do: Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN licensure in the State of Michigan. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are also required.
