• You’ll play an essential role in delivering top-quality patient care by: Providing direct patient care and administering medications Assisting with biopsies and surgical procedures Calling patients with test results & supporting MIPS initiatives Rooming patients and assisting physicians during examinations Collecting and recording patient health history and assessments Documenting care, medications, and responses in the medical record Handling non-emergent patient calls & giving physician-directed guidance Scheduling procedures and coordinating authorizations/referrals Managing prescription refills via phone, fax, or e-prescribing Supporting patient wellness through education and communication What You Bring to the Team 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant Experience with EMR systems & scribing Excellent communication & teamwork skills Dependability and strong attention to detail Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines Strong computer literacy 1 year of recent medical office experience Current BLS certification Why
