Provide advocacy and support for children and youth with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in home and community settings. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, engaging clients in 1-on-1 activities, and providing transportation to outside resources.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible non-traditional hours.
