Provide compassionate hospice care to patients and caregivers through daily field visits. Participate in weekly office meetings and adapt to patient needs on an on-call basis.
Must hold a current Michigan LPN license in good standing. One year of hospice experience is preferred but not required.

1st and 3rd Shift High Tech Aide or Caregiver
1st and 3rd Shift High Tech Aide or Caregiver
Certified Caregiver and Certified Nursing Assistant - M-F and weekends
On Call Hospice Nurse - 7 on 7 off schedule
Weekend Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant
Surgical Technologist I Spine & Pain Program
Registered Nurse RN Spine & Pain Program
Registered Nurse RN Spine & Pain Program
Registered Nurse RN Spine & Pain Program
Registered Nurse RN Spine & Pain Program
