Key Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding under the supervision of a licensed nurse Measure and record vital signs as directed, and promptly report changes in patient condition to supervising staff Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent complications Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families throughout the care process Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner in the EMR Support infection control and safety procedures in every care environment Participate in in-service training and continuing education as assigned

Requirements

What We're Looking For Current certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of New Mexico Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience preferred; home health or hospice experience is a plus Someone who follows care plans closely, documents with care, and communicates clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance for patient home visits Why Join Us Corus Health is built on five generations of care — and our team reflects that depth every day.
