The nurse will use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor the patient's condition, acting as the patient advocate and notifying appropriate personnel of any changes. Responsibilities also include discussing healthcare with patients, listening to concerns, relaying information to the nursing team, and ensuring proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws.
Successful candidates must possess a current and unrestricted RN license and ideally have three years of experience as an RN, with some home care experience and exceptional IV skills being preferred. Applicants must also have a nursing degree from an accredited program, current CPR certification, proof of US work eligibility, and must pass annual competency checks, background checks, and drug tests.
