• Purpose: Join the Level III NICU team at Holy Cross Health, where compassionate care meets advanced technology. Our NICU is known for putting patients and families first, supported by a collaborative and expert care team.

• You
• Will Do: Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill and premature infants Collaborate closely with Neonatologists, Pediatricians, Respiratory Therapists, and Social Workers Attend high-risk deliveries (e.g., multiple gestation, meconium, congenital anomalies) Administer medications, manage IV lines, and operate ventilators/CPAP Educate families on infant care and support discharge readiness Chart using Cerner EMR (transitioning to EPIC)

Minimum Qualifications

Pay rate: $37.88 – $54.19 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
