Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills. Monitor resident progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive support.
Candidates must hold an active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred along with a patient-focused attitude.

Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Support residents with activities focused on daily living, strength, coordination, and independence Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team Monitor resident progress and report updates Encourage and motivate residents throughout their therapy journey Complete accurate and timely documentation
