  • Shift: DayOccupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time 32-40 hours TRC | Cafe Nine| In Home - Westborough, MA TRC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team in Westborough, MA. This role focuses on helping individuals enrolled in the ABI/MFP waiver programs regain independence and improve quality of life through personalized therapy services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with brain injuries, neurological conditions, psychological impairments, and other disabilities in home and community settings.
  • Pay
  • Rate: $43.71/hour starting rate up to $45.89/hour after 90 days
  • What
  • You’ll Do: Evaluate participants and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy services in homes, community settings, or as needed Improve daily living, communication, mobility, travel, and home management skills Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Collaborate with therapists, families, and care teams Provide staff training and education
  • Complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
  • Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapist license required 2+ years of related experience preferred Experience with ABI, outpatient rehab, or home care strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling available. TRC operates Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM based on participant and caseload needs. We are offering a flexible schedule Monday - Friday regular "office hours" (unless something else works better for you!)

Requirements

Requires a current Occupational Therapist license and a Master's degree. Preference is given to candidates with 2+ years of experience, particularly with ABI, outpatient rehab, or home care.
