Job description

This candidate must reside in New Hampshire.
This is a full time, hybrid position with work performed remotely (in NH) and/or in the New London office.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator.
We are looking for a team player who is willing to jump in and help, is flexible, able to prioritize and stay organized.
A detail oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intake Department full-time.
This person will assist with both Homecare and Hospice referrals.
