The Patient Care Assistant provides basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical professional personnel. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all patients and visitors.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and proficiency in AHA CPR. Required qualifications include state-tested nursing aide training, completion of an RN medical surgical rotation, or successful completion of UC Health competency training.
