As an Anesthesiologist, you will administer anesthesia and related care to patients undergoing various surgical and medical procedures. You will also oversee the medical directions of CRNAs to ensure optimal patient care.
Candidates must have a medical degree (MD or DO) and complete an accredited Anesthesiology residency program. Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology and a valid state medical license for Pennsylvania are also required.

As an Anesthesiologist at Penn Highlands, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia and related care to patients undergoing various surgical and medical procedures. The case load will encompass a diverse range of specialties, including but not limited to general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, ophthalmology, and ENT procedures. Additionally, you will oversee the medical directions of CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) to ensure optimal patient care.
