If you’re a nurse who wants meaningful work, a supportive team, and a schedule that actually makes sense, keep reading.
At Willow Springs Recovery, our nurses play a critical role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and early recovery. The work is fast-paced, structured, and incredibly rewarding. You’ll be supported by leadership that values clear communication, teamwork, and showing up for one another.
We always encourage nurses to tour the facility and meet the team, most people know pretty quickly if this feels like the right fit.
Behavioral health nursing is busy, engaging, and very human. You’ll work from a central nurse station where clients come to you, giving you a steady home base even on fast-paced days.
New to behavioral health? That’s okay!
We train and support our nurses and make sure you feel confident in the role. If you’re curious what the day-to-day actually looks like, we’re happy to show you.
