A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required, with a Master's degree and state licensure preferred. Candidates should ideally have at least one year of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
The Social Worker is responsible for supporting the psychosocial, emotional, and discharge planning needs of residents in a skilled nursing facility.
