We are currently seeking Part Time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our enthusiastic team!
This CNA position provides Resident Care Services at The Hearth at Drexel located in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Shifts/Schedule available: Part Time - 7:00am - 3:00pm Part Time - 3:00pm - 11:00pm Some job responsibilities include: Treat residents with respect at all times providing personal care; i.e., baths/showers, oral hygiene, skin/hair/nail care, monitoring fluid intake/output, toileting.
Assist male residents in daily shaving; female residents’ facial hair shaving as necessary.
Assist serving meals and feeding residents; document meal consumption as necessary.
Pass out to residents fresh drinking water each shift.
Use good body mechanics when lifting or moving residents.
Competently and safely use all equipment; i.e., Hoyer Lift, Ergo Lift.
Assist with Restorative Nursing program; complete daily documentation.
Plan and organize care so residents can attend activities or therapies.
Function as a team member.
Make regular rounds to all residents and provide necessary care.
Answer call lights promptly and provide/obtain necessary care.
Observe and report all unusual symptoms, changes, accidents, and injuries to charge nurse.
