Provide daily physical care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, under the supervision of nursing staff. Maintain accurate resident records and respond promptly to call lights to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Assisting in care of residents under the direction and supervision of Nursing and Medical staff.
Shift available: Part Time - 7:00am - 3:00pm Part Time - 3:00pm - 11:00pm Part Time - 11:00pm - 7:00am Full Time - 7:00am - 3:00pm Full Time - 3:00pm - 11:00pm Full Time - 11:00pm - 7:00am Key job responsibilities include: Review CNA Flow Record before providing care to residents daily.
Update record on residents to assure accuracy of information on CNA Flow Record.
Check with Charge Nurse about changes in assigned residents’ conditions prior to providing care.
Perform daily care of residents by performing functions of bathing, nail care, shaves, mouth care, and hair care.
Dress and undress residents in proper clothing for time of day and weather.
Responsible to clean bedside cabinet and top of dresser daily.
Straighten drawers and closets weekly.
Set residents up for meals prior to the tray delivery time.
Serve food trays immediately upon their arrival on the unit to ensure delivery of food at proper temperature.
Assist residents with tray set up before leaving resident.
Feed residents at every meal if care plan indicates the need to be fed.
Assist in transporting residents in wheel chairs or assist them to walk (dependent on their care plan needs) to and from bathroom, dining room, hairdresser, activities, and others as needed.
Assist nursing staff upon being requested with resident exams.
Answer all call lights within three (3) minutes of the first ring.
Must be certified as a CNA in the State of Pennsylvania 2 Year's of CNA Experience preferred.

Must be a certified CNA in the State of Pennsylvania. Two years of experience as a CNA is preferred.
