The Nurse Staff is responsible for assessing patient health needs, implementing care plans, and administering prescribed treatments. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program, along with BLS certification. A BSN degree and advanced certifications like ACLS or PALS are preferred.
